First Lambic ever, let's see how it goes.
Dark amber color with a think white head with lots of carbonation.
Nice smell of cherries, lots of yeast and some tartness. But you mostly smell cherries.
Intense tartness, really acidic and sour. The cherries bring really a nice taste.
Lots of carbonation in the mouth, I really like it.
Overall I really liked this beer, I'm sure if I ever taste a classic Lambic from Belgian I might think that this beer was weak compared to the real deal, but until then I find it really good.
