Capped bottle, aged 6 months: Bright dark golden color with no activity. Hazy as more yeast poured. Foamy light beige 2 finger head, lasting around 2 minutes, with average lacing and faint swirl reaction. Flavors of sweet barley, wheat, wild berries, maple water, lemon, green grapes, wild yeast, light wood, and floral hops. Slick full body with sharp crispy carbonation. Strong tart and sour finish, a bit funky with a straw and hay effect, ends with balanced flowery hops. Included is an attenuated maple maillard sensation that is very subtle. Almost too acidic for my taste (freshness is passable), quite vinous, still the balance is pretty good within the flavors, good complexity too. Overall high quality craft.

Bottle: Poured a clear light amber color beer with a medium size foamy head with OK retention. Aroma of maple notes with light tart notes is OK. Taste is also a mix between some maple notes with residuals sugar notes and light rat and funky notes. Body is about average with OK carbonation. Interesting idea but not sure the results is a success.
