Bottle: Poured a cloudy dark beige color ale with a foamy slightly off-white head with average retention. Aroma of weak malt with some funky Belgian yeast. Taste is a mix between some dry malt with some sour notes (probably slightly infected) and a weird funky finish. Body is above average with some average carbonation. This is an interesting beer from a so-so brewer but it is generally lacking in character to make this worthwhile.

A canadian Christmas brew from Quebec served from a 12-oz brown glass longneck that had a nice colorful label. Poured dark amber-bronze, a bit cloudy from the sediment I poured in.
A sweet and spicy aroma with hints of nutmeg and smoke.
Taste is a little thin, some sweet malt and faint caramel. pretty light bodied and well carbonated. Finishes dry with some hoppiness and warming alcohol.
Not a too spicy holiday beer overall, which makes it drinkable.
Decent, not stellar - Most Belgian and American versions of the style are better.

Funky 2004 Belgian yeasty spice beer. Well carbonated, an attempt at a Unibroue. Corriander, spruce, apple, cinammon, nutmeg, toothpick, banana, vinegar, horseradish, old plum, yet still light to medium mouthfeel. Barely drinkable. Drying aftertaste.Have corn chips to refresh the palate.
