Just bought this today, and it has a recent freshness date on the box.. so it isn't retired as the listing states...
341ml bottle poured into a pint glass
Appearance - the beer pours a clear red brown colour with a small off white fizzy head. The colour resembles a glass of ice tea. There appears to be an average amount of carbonation. There isn't much lacing, and the head was gone fairly quickly.
Smell - The beer has a slightly metallic scent, also some caramel and malts. It also has some a lemony sweet scent.
Taste & Mouth - The beer has a low to average amount of carbonation, but it still has a pleasing mouth feel. Right off the bat there is a metallic flavor, and then the caramel and malts kick in. The beer finished with a lemony sweetness that is slightly bitter but refreshing.
Drink - An above average beer that I would drink again, but would not make a note of seeking out. Worth a try due to its distinctive flavor.

This is a very drinkable beer. Not a typical Amber, tastes very "grainy". Like all of the Schoune's, this one contains alot of yeast. I know I am terrible at reviews but I think some of the reviews are absurd and I wanted to balance it out.
Also, aren't we supposed to be only reviewing in English?

Nice head that dies to a single level bubbles--good lace though. Neutral amber with a slight chill haze.
Strong malt aroma. There's an element of brandy in the smell--sweet with a level of warming alcohol.
There are some interesting elements of crystal and chocolate malts. Again, I detect a brandy-like background. The body is thinner than I prefer. This is an unusual beer without being extreme.

Brown bottle of 341ml from the same mixed six pack
Appearance: nice copper-orange colour, this beer has a nice tick head. It's white and last for a long time. The nose has an almost agressing of yeast, caramel, and some grain. In the mouth the beer is dry, too much yeast. I don't like this.

Looks nice, very pretty hazy orange colour with a steady head and a lot of carbonation. Smells like stale peach cobbler. The taste is really a let down, almost like burnt chalk if that's even possible, with a dirt-like aftertaste. I've never had a beer quite it--I don't want to be prejudiced, perhaps someone out there will love this beer and give it a good home, but it ain't welcome here. Time to take this puppy to the pound.

Bottle: Poured a medium to deep brown color ale with a nice foamy head with good retention and some good lacing. Taste of light caramel malt with some well balance sweetness. Body is about average with some creamy characteristics. Overall, I thought this was a well crafted session ale with limited hops presence.
