This Bier pours up krystall clear and builds up a big porous head. From there it is mostly downhill. The aroma begins with a toasted malts and caramel. Then it leads into a mild hop aroma couple with big vegetative DMS. More than just a hint of DMS unfortunately. The flavor is mostly caramel malt. The mouth feel is empty and watery. The Bier is nicely balanced between malt sweetness and hop bitterness. The Bier is simply mild. This is fair as I can be as I didnt enjoy this Bier. I had three bottles. Never got better. Their Pils is incredible but I drank all three before I could do a review
