When spring arrives, it's time for our Bosch Maibock.
This bottom-fermented, golden-yellow strong beer combines full-bodied malt notes with a delicately bitter hop finish. Caramel nuances and a touch of sweetness harmonize perfectly with the zesty citrus notes of the rare Hallertau Saphir aroma hops.
Triple-hopped and matured for at least three months, the Maibock unfolds its intense flavor and brings the taste of spring to your glass.

Farum 11/4 2015. 33 cl bottle at a friend's house.
Pours clear yellow with a white head. Fades fairly quick. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fruity and prominently bitter. Sweet pale malts, peach and bread. Sourish grains.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor follows the nose. A little citrus and peaches and a prominent bitterness in aftertaste.
Fine German Easter brew - Eine wonne.
