appearance: The beer comes in a tumbler with a pale golden head. After a partial recession, a nice layer of carbonation is retained on the surface, and some light lacing is left behind as I drink. The beer itself is a pale golden color.
smell: There is a nice aroma of fresh, green PacNW type hops. Beyond that, save for a very very light grain aroma, there is nothing.
mouthfeel: The carbonation is smooth and light, and the body light.
taste: There is a flavor of fresh, green hops that is quite enjoyable and that imparts a nice bitterness in the finish. There is only the slightest hint of pale malt. Besides this, the only flavor I pick up on is mineral water. I mean this beer is watery as hell. Tastes like fresh hop tea.
drinkability: Pretty drinkable, but isn't water usually that way? Of the five or so Huske beers I've had, this is the best, but that does not say much. It plays it safe by having hops as pretty much the only discernable character. Water everywhere.
