Extremely well-done APA! Near pefect hop/malt combination, slight bitterness with the backbone of mait, I could drink this all day!

a: served in a 22 ounce pint, the beer is a dark amber in color with a big tan head, good retention
s: pale and toasty caramel malt body with an earthy hop aroma, a solid base beer, but an intriguing aroma of light roast coffee on the nose sets it apart
m: medium-full body and medium carbonation
t: toasty pale malts with some caramel sweetness, hefty aroma of earthy hops, at first taste I think it a bit bland, but as in the aroma the flavor of fresh coffee bean adds a unique complexity, moderate bitterness
d: a solid pale, downed the unusually large glass with no problem
consumed over the course of the NC State - Miami regular season football final on a rainy day in downtown Fayetteville while home for Thanksgiving, review entered from cell phone notes...my first beer from the "new" Huske, far removed from the vile mess that used to flow from the place, and a much needed alternative for the city
