L: color is good but carbonation is very low, almost like a German lager.
S: slightly bready and fruity. Little hops.
T: sweet bready and fruity at first. Finishes clean and slightly bitter.
F: medium mouthful but definitely lacking carbonation.
O: not a bad beer, I would drink again of in the area.

Not a Kolsch as someone else reported. This ale is as close to a lager as an ale can get. Mrs. Bastard, being a non-hop enthusiast, enjoyed this. Described as a refreshing, summer-ale!

Poured on-tap at The Taphouse and served in a shaker pint, the beer is a hazy, bright, straw-gold coloring with a foamy, clingy, white head and a ton of carbonation. Nose of toasted grain, butter, light floral highlights. Flavors are toasted forward, with light, floral highlights and a subtle hops bitterness. Smooth and crisp body, with a floral aftertaste. Crisp finish. Very drinkable, but light in all aspects.

Appearance: Yellowy-copper body with an almost imperceptible haze and a small, white head.

Smell: Delicate blend of pilsner malts and toasted crackers in the nose with some sweetish, grainy notes.

Taste: Lightly grainy pils maltiness with a light cereal sweetness. Spicy hop character with a light, balancing bitterness. Dry finish. Light, lingering taste of grain in the aftertaste.

Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium carbonation.

Drinkability: A reasonably tasty, refreshing Kölsch.
