Poured on-tap at the brewery and served in a shaker pint, the beer is a caramel-nut coloring, with a halo of white head. Nose of subtle grapefruit and resinous hops forward, with a caramel backbone. Flavors are tangy sweet and resinous forward, with a citrus and caramel blend in the backbone. This goes off the rails a bit. Light, slick body, with a tangy, bitter aftertaste. Tangy linger on a slick, oily finish. Yikes.

Single finger head with excellent lacing on a clear copper with golden hues body. Aroma is mild with mostly caramel malts and breads and a hint of resins. Flavor is definitely malt forward and I feel this is more of an English style based on my tastes with mostly clean caramel malts, some earthy and mildly tart generic citrus but overall very simple. The mouthfeel is exceptionally smooth with medium body and likely is on nitro.
