Stopped in last night with "Bro" Artied2 for some grub 'n' grog after helping move The Boy into a new apartment in Keene.
Served in an 11oz tulip glass... This Tripel was crystal clear, and medium golden hued. Head was a fine thin white layer, mostly ganging up around the rim, and leaves an attractive lace pattern in the glass. Aroma was of light malt, a touch toasty, with evident bubblegum notes. Body was almost to the medium point, and a low carbonation level allowed for an easy passage over the palate. Flavor has light sweetness from a smidge of toasty malt, plus nice tropical fruit aspects. Bubblegum characteristics and a hint of spiciness were also present, and the aftertaste sits well on the tongue. A nice offering...quite flavorful.

Zum Wohl!!
