A - Pours a chestnut brown with a little bit of foam that didn't stick around long
S - slight aroma of sweet maltiness, not alot going on here
T - Bready taste with sweet malts and hints of caramel
M/D - Medium bodied and easy to drink, but not a very memorable brew.

Poured into a 16oz shaker glass... appears dark brown and clear, with light shimmering through at times. Sporadic carbonation, with a short, creamy tan head which thins to a fine layer. Lacing left behind was nice. Aroma well on the mild side, with a touch of malty sweetness and hints of fruitiness. A bit more thin than medium for body, and with a somewhat prickly feel on the tongue. Flavor was wheaty crisp, with some sweetness. A fruity aspect then really kicks in. Not much, if any, chocolate notes, or banana for that matter. A small smattering of clove now and then, but Aunt Ester seems to dominate. Not the best example of the style, yet still drinkable to a degree.
