Had on tap at Elm City Brewing.
Poured a nice, clear straw yellow with a thin film of head, which did leave nice lacing down the glass. Smelled of sweet malt and spicy noble hops. The smell was nicely balanced, but slightly muted. The taste was more of the same with sweet, honey-like malt flavors, and some stronger than expected spicy hop flavor. A very well balanced pils. The finish was crisp, but left a little something on my palate. The body for this beer, seemed a little too heavy for the flavors to support. Overall, a nice example of a German Pils.
