Poured on-tap and served in a tumbler pint, the beer is a bright copper-orange coloring with a frothy, light, white head. Nose of subtle caramel and bright, fresh hops. Flavors are very well blended, with a smooth caramel malt backbone and strong floral and citrus hops presence. Very smooth, with resiny and bitter hops throughout the aftertaste. Smooth, clean, slightly lingering finish. Good beer.

Poured into a wine glass, this beer...something went horribly wrong with this beer. Buttery mess of a beer.
Beer is yellow to golden with a mild cloudiness to it, some lacing on the glass, moderate carbonation. Looks fine.
The aroma is malty and mildly hoppy and something else? Vegetables? I don't know what that is.
This beer is gross. It is full of diacetyl or something similar. It tastes like popcorn butter and it ruins it for me. I pour it out.

On tap at SAVOR 2011. Served in a goblet.
Pours a clear golden color with an average off-white head that is quite creamy. Good lacing and a few spots around the edges. Thin collar. The nose brings forward some very light hops along with bread and an unfortunate amount of diacetyl. The flavor is also lacking in hops and brings nothing other than light grainy bread and diacetyl. Creamy, buttery mouthfeel with average carbonation.

Adequately carbonated, clean & clear for an unfiltered offering.
Poured a copper to golden hue with a deliciously appealing tightly lace head, with tiny bubbles.
Aroma has a hint of spice and some faint soapiness to it.
Taste is malty, with a spicy bitterness to it. Bitterness up front which fades quickly, and finishes dry.
This is a medium bodied, full flavored easy drinker from Elm City. Bravo to the drinkability of this beer.
My wife and I really enjoyed this one.

This brew was just tapped recently on 08/09/06. Poured a solid gold with a very big and active head.Dissipated slowly to a decent amount of lacing.
Smells Very peppery and hoppy, mild malt sweetness.
Taste is a nice herbal and pepper effect right off the bat. In the back ground is a mild hop and sweet malt effect. The hop plays a big role in balancing this one out.
Feels crisp and clean, Bill the brewer has been making some very creative and refreshing brews this summer. Easy drinkin' right here.
