On tap at the brewery on March 30, 2019.
The appearance is a clear golden color and quickly fading white head.
Creams ales are difficult to define for me. I pick up an aroma of barley grain malts, maybe a lactose thing, maybe even some rice but I don't expect it is brewed with adjuncts.
Light to medium body.
The flavor is mostly sweet with a kind of adjunct note here too. Finishes mild. I think it represented the style accurately but one has to enjoy the style.

Poured on-tap and served in a tumbler pint, the beer is a golden-brown coloring with a thin, white, foamy head. Subtle nose, with biscuity backbone. The beer's flavors are well blended, with a creamy and nutty sweet blend and an overall toasted character. Sweet and toasty aftertaste, with a smooth, slow finish. Very easy to drink, but the flavors could be a bit stronger.

On tap at Elm City on 2/28/07 * updated on 3/21/2019. New Brewer, positive results.
AP: This is a very carbonated deep golden amber color with a bubbly but tight and even 1/4" deep slightly off-white head. Looks crisp and clean.
Nose: A creamy malt scent with wheat and a subtle herbal scented hop.* A classic all-American adjunct ale, this one featuring corn.
Flavor: A very well balanced brew with malted wheat and a creamy edge that is very pleasant with a very subtle herbal hop finish. Simple flavors but very effective. * This time around, what we have is basically a classic American Adjunct ale with corn, simple malt and hop profile that is very tasty, Easy to drink and I'm really digging it.
MF: light to medium body with a rather hefty and smooth feel that is also crsip and refreshing. *Slightly smooth edge to this ale.
DA: Not my favorite from Brewer Bill Dunn but easy enough to drink. *Winner, Winner Chicken dinner.
