Served: Sampler on tap from New Egnland Brewfest
Agreeing with another post, I had anticipated it to be a Dunkelweizen but it was a Dunkel Lager.
A: Amber with a little off white head.
S: Smell of malts and caramel.
T: Taste of bread, like a macro. Some of that caramel recurring, but very prevalent. Very little hints of hops.
M: Some bite that seemed more from carbonation than from any sort of hops, lager yeast, or any other flavors. Pretty boring taste imo.
D: It was drinkable but tasted pretty close to a macro brew. I probably wouldn't every buy it but if it were available and nothing else, I would not complain about drinking it.

First off I'm pretty sure this beer is a Munich Dunkel Lager, and not a Dunkelweizen. With that said it was served in a pint glass. Nice Brown almost tannish color with very little head.
Aroma is slightly floral and somewhat bready. Nice malty aroma to this beer.
Taste is bready, and carmel toffee like, with slight hint of fruitiness to it.
Easy drinking light bodied lager. Clean and Crisp!
I would try this again. Seemed pretty true to the style of a Munich Dunkel Lager.

AP: Well, this is much lighter in color than I would expect from this style as a light amber color. it's pretty lifeless, with only mild carbonation.
Nose: Mildly sweet, burnt caramel malt and a slight earthy effect underneath. pretty simple and sadated.
Flavor: Light wheat and bready malt, with no roastieness and no real hearty earth 'n grains effect...the hops are mild and subdued but the lager yeast gives it a nice kick right at the end.
Feel: Only medium bodeid and a bit ho-hum, with only mild carbonation, finishes clean but dull.
