This brew arrived in apint glass, nice straw color. Murky chill haze, even after letting the beer warm up a bit.

The hop aroma was nearly non-existent,aside from the hint of citrus. Slightly sweet malt nose on it.

This beer wash very harsh up front with it's hops. It finished with citrusy, piney notes lingering in my mouth. Very dry beer.

Mouthfeel was medium to almost full bodied, and d-a-n-k from the C hops.

This beers drinkability is suspect. I usually like a nice hop bomb to finish my evening off, but I was not impressed with this beer. It could use some fine tuning, and polishing if they plan on keeping this one on the docket.

On-tap 1/2/08

This is a hazy, pale gold with a nice and thick, all-white head that seems to stick around for a bit. Looks lively and refreshing.

The nose is very citric-fruit dominated but with a banana-sweetness and some sour-grape hints way down. There is some subtle musty-earth effects that seems a bit strange.

The flavor is dominated by semi-bitter citric flavored fruits, orange and lemmon but also has a current of sweetness and then becomes tangy with a bit of sour-yeatiness to finish. The flavors are bold but to some extent kinda strange. Seems like a wet-hop type flavor with it's fruity boldness.

The feel is actually very hefty for Brewer Bill Dunn and the style in general. I'm impressed with the almost full-bodied feel of this one. clean and crisp to boot,

This was the most interesting beer of the day.
