This Brew is a straw gold color, very carbonation and lacy white crown that's only about a 1/2" deep but sticks around well.
The nose has an obvious fruity, belgian-style yeast scent anda honey-sweet and toastie malt. smells crisp and clean.
The flavors are in harmonious balance, a wonderful fruity and floral yeast flavor with a light, crisp feeling wheat malt. Very clean wheat and a nice sublte musty, earthy hops finish. This is just right for summer but with good complexity.
This is easily one of my favorite brews I've had in some time from Brewer Bill Dunn.
