Growler brought home on 7/22/22
Look: slight haze, mild for the style with orange, amber and gold. White foam cap rides low, but stays consistent with decent lacing.
Nose: Husky, amber and golden grains upfront, then piney, stone fruit and zesty-sweet fruit notes from the hops. Zesty>fruity>earthy
Feel & Flavor: crisp at first, rounds out a bit, finishes dry and refreshing.
Zesty, earthy pine, followed by deep stone fruits and medium level tropical hop tones.
Overall: Not the most heady nor complex of the style, but sometimes you just want bare bones, refreshing versions with enough depth and interest to keep you pouring the growler.
