Copenhagen 25/1 2018. 33 cl bottle from Meny, Østerfælled Torv, Kbh Ø. Usual Hansa Borg design with a big Ø - this time in light purple.
Pours hazy dark amber with a white head. Settles as a 1 cm thick layer of foam which gradually disappears. No lacing.
Aroma is kind of weak. Sweet, spicy and herbal. Licorice, chamomile, anise, ginger and lemon balm.
Medium strong carbonation and a watery texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by medium herbal bitterness. Aftertaste of licorice with a cold touch of ginger.
Not badly made but they got very Herbal traditions up in Norway. A bit too herbal for my taste buds.
