Big thanks to thecheeseman for this one.
A: Pours a nice dark black hue with a small tan head. Okay retention but no lace.
S: Wonderful aromas rise from the glass. Tons of fresh french vanilla up front. Bold raspberries come next. There is a hint of wood, and a hint of sour.
T: Wow I like this. Very much vanilla up front. It fades into a rich chocolate covered raspberry flavor. It is all quickly overtaken by the sour though. Lots of oaky winey sourness in the finish. Really is an excellent beer.
M: On the fuller side of medium. Very smooth.
D: Very good, a wonderful rare gem that I am honored to try. Thanks Dan!

Pours a deep dark black color with a white foamy head.
Aroma was great. Huge raspberry, cocoa, vanilla, nice lacto and roasted malts. Really nice sour aroma, very red wine vinegar like.
Flavor was sour, but a bit more fruity then expected. Lots of raspberries, cocoa, vanilla beans but still had that nice lacto sourness to it. Very nice. Mouth feel was smooth and creamy. Drinkability is nice, but no way i would want to drink more then 2. Sharp sourness and definitely a sipper.
