A spontaneously fermented beer brewed with Norwegian barley, wheat and oats. The beer was spontaneously fermented for two years before sour cherry juice from Lier and sweet cherries from Frederiksdal were added. The beer was then fermented and matured for another year.

750 ml bottle #0245 out of 2500, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 9%, IBU 10. Deep red colour, moderate to small pink head. Aroma of sweet and sour cherries, cherry kernels, almonds and marzipan, hints of oak. Moderate carbonation. The flavour is full of sweet and sour cherries, brettanomyces and lactic acid, hints of almonds and oak.
