Copenhagen 21/1 2018. 33 cl bottle from Meny, Østerfælled Torv, Kbh Ø. The usual Hansa Borg design with a "Ø" in purple.
Pours hazy amber with a small bubbly white head. Disappears immediately upon pouring. No lacing.
Aroma is very sweet with some sour notes. Candy cane, caramel with some herbal sour bitterness lurking in the background.
Light carbonation and a watery texture.
Flavor reminds me of a lemonade. Sweet and fruity. Followed by light sourish bitterness. Aftertaste is sour.
A sweet and sour take on a Christmas Beer. Easily drinkable - but not outstanding in any way.
