Nordic Noir 3 is based on premium Norwegian ingredients and traditional Norwegian brewing techniques. Floor malted barley from Jæren, honey and juniper from Brekkestø, kveik from Voss and water from Grimstad. Nordic Noir captures the taste of Norwegian craftsmanship, from raw materials to finished brew.

330 ml bottle in metal cylinder, as Nøgne Ø Nordic Noir 3 Norwegian Strong Ale, at Cardinal, Stavanger. ABV is 15%, IBU 50. Black colour, large to moderate tan head. Aroma of molasses, fusel, alcohol, treacle, honey, dark dried fruits. Warming mouthfeel. Sweet flavour of medium roast malts, chocolate, treacle, honey and dark dried fruits.
