Our interpretation of the American Pale Ale (APA) is conceived as a modern APA anno 2016.
It appears lighter and more fruity than a traditional APA. Enjoy alone or with a traditional barbecue.

Copenhagen 30/7 2018. 33 cl can from Netto, NV. Simple Green "Ø" on a black background on the can.
Pours slightly hazy pale yellow with medium-sized bubbly, white head. Settles as thin almost transparent layer of foam. Clinging to side of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is light, fresh and citric. Faint sweetness providing light exotic fruits. Much stronger citric odor in the foreground with citrus and grapefruit.
Light carbonation. Thin, watery and soft texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and sour. Finish is dry.
Nice APA though a little watery. But with a fine dry bitterness.
