Copenhagen 22/11 2025. 50 cl chubby bottle with a swing cap from Super Marco, Støberigodsvej, Kbh. SV. Blue label with th logo of the brewery and som ice crystals to get me into the mood.
Pours clear mahogany with a red hue and a small off-white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as a thin patch of foam floating in the middle of the glass. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a rather strong sweet and malty odor mingling with light sourish notes. Sweet caramel and toffee. Hints of brown sugar. Whiff of alcohol and sour grains.
Medium strong carbonation. Medium thick, slightly viscous, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a moderate strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet with a touch of caramel and alcohol. Lingers for a while. Finish is sweet and a bit sugary.
