This Beer is named "GRIFF" after our longest running staff member and brewer, Ryan "GRIFF" Griffith. It is a 4.8% ABV Pale Ale that is moderately hopped with Williamette hops (and just a little bit of Fuggles hops) to give it a nice and pleasant earthy tone.

Griff Pale Ale is a limited run beer from Picaroons that is only available from their Brewtique in downtown Fredericton, New Brunswick.
A- Pours a Deep Golden colour with 1/2 finger of white head. Fades fairly quickly to a thin layer.
S- Sweet and malty with a slight hop finish.
T- Lots of hoppy notes. Mainly an English IPA-like hop bitterness with a great malt backbone.
M- Low carbonation with a solid medium body.
O- Griff Pale Ale is a bit sweeter than any other Pale Ale that I've had but it is quite good. It has nice hop flavours and a solid body. It's also extremely easy to drink at 4.8% ABV. Overall, I'm very happy with this limited offering from Picaroons and I'm glad I decided to pick up a Growler of this stuff.
