L- Pours a deep gold topped by a 1/2 finger white head. Fair head retention, light lacing.
S- Big hit of sweet apple straight off the nose with a very faint bitterness. Smells more like a cider than an IPA but I digress...
T- And...more apple. It's pleasant enough I guess, but not even close to what I expected from this self descibed "limited edition IPA". No bitterness whatsoever on the taste.
F- Steady streams of fine carbonation visible. Moderate carbonation, light-medium body.
O- To be frank, I'm not disappointed that this beer is "limited edition". It's not bad tasting by any means, but it tastes more like a sweet cider than an IPA or a beer for that matter. I have a hard time believing that Picaroons let this out of the door but anyway, here it is and it's not real great.
