L- Pours a deep gold, slightly red liquid topped with a massive 3 finger white head. Retentiion is fairly good, heavy lacing.
S- Slight "Piney" hops up front with a deep caramel maltiness.
T- Similar taste to aroma. Malt is much more prominent although a pretty well balanced brew. Picaroon's signature "ringwood" yeast is present in the taste.
F- Medium body with low-moderate carbonation. Typical of the "DIPA" style
O- One of the better one-offs i've had lately - interesting can, good flavour, good balance.
