Cask conditioned at The Last Drop Inn, York Brewerys first pub. Deep golden / amber colour, creamy head. Pleasant malty aroma with some fruity hops. Flavourwise this is a decent standard bitter with a smooth mouthfeel and decent hops in the finish. Okay.

A lovely cask bitter sampled at Twickenham this year. A lovely classic light amber, bitter colour with a lovely white head of foam. Aromas are heavily on the fruity hops side, with the nice Enlgish malts playing second fiddler. The taste is a fresh hop burst of citrus and a lovely bready, biscuity English malt backbone. There are some estery flavors in this brew, and it is a bit "buttery". The mouthfeel is classic cask perfection and the drinkability is damn good!
