When visiting York me and my girlfriend (who is a teetotaller) found our way to Ye Olde Starre Inn for lunch. I was about to order a pint of Old Peculier (which is served on tab there) but then asked for something less heavy (hey, it was just lunch and still loads of sightseeing to do ...) and was offered the local brew .... and did not regret it ... actually, with it's mild but clean taste and lightness on alcohol it is a perfect drink for midday ....
