At Duckworths Park rd. 2012 aged on cocoa nibs. Oily black pour, finger of tan head. Receded quickly as usual for a cask.
Aroma, toasted malt, dark chocolate, vanilla, cocoa. Oaky barrel.
Taste, roast malt, molasses, melted brown sugar, oaky caramel and vanilla. Everything as advertised, not sure I could gleam a big difference from the cocoa nibs from the normal.
Very creamy on cask. Super smooth, but this did seem warmer to me than the regular which I found odd. Still an all-star in any format.
