Poured on-tap and served in a shaker pint, the beer is a bright, slightly hazed, golden-copper coloring with a tall, frothy, foamy, bright white head. Nose of lemon zest, pepper, lime, pine tassel, and spearmint. Flavors are citrus and spearmint forward, refreshing, crisp, and slightly effervescent. Woody notes arrive, providing some depth, with a transition to a citrus dominant palate. Smooth, light body with a pine resin and minty aftertaste. Finish is light, slightly crisp, with a citrus abd woodsy linger. Very refreshing.
