Table Rock Pale Ale with Death By Hops style dry hopping! Served from tap into a sampler tumbler. Poured a hazy red-orange with a half finger white head that subsided to a minimal amount quickly. Maintained nice lacing throughout the glass. The aroma was comprised of sweet malt, citrus, bitter hop, and an earthy note. The flavor was of sweet malt, citrus, citrus hop, and an earthy character. It had a light feel on the palate with medium carbonation. Overall this was a pretty good brew. It was very well balanced and it definitely made sure to let you know that the hops were the star of the show. Good aroma going on here as well. The dry hopping definitely improved this brew, but didn't knock it into another league. Definitely worth trying if you get the chance, but that's about it. Tick.
