Brewed for the Hart Festival using ingredients grown there at the Hart place. Brewed in the tradition of beers brewed 100 years ago.
Light brown in color with some golden hues. Thin whispy head that quickly fades. Smells of toast and pancakes with maple syrup. Hint of plums. Heavy caramel flavor with a fruity finish. Light mouthfeel.
Overall it's a good beer and a fun beer to try brewed in a unique style.
