Appearance: Pours a fudge brown color capped by an inch of foam; some lacing strands dangle along the glass
Smell: Roasty, with caramel and Bourbon tones along with a hint of cherry
Taste: Roasted malt, caramel and Bourbon flavors on the front end, with a developing hint of cherry in the middle; complex and layered into the finish
Mouthfeel: Full bodied with moderate carbonation
Overall: Right up there with the first Blendiculous among the best beers this brewery produces

Couldn't wait any longer, first nice cool evening so I decided to crack this one and give it a whirl. Poured into my Olde Hickory snifter glass with little to no head but extremely black. Smell of faint cherries. First sip, wow, what an extremely balanced beer. Very smooth with a taste of cherries on the back end, even more pronounced as it warms up. Another great beer from Olde Hickory. I realize that there weren't a ton of bottles produced but wow this is one that if you can get your hands on one, go for it.
