Presentation: 12oz brown bottle. No freshness date.
Appearance: Golden amber in colour, a touch of haze and a soft, white, fluffy head.
Smell: Light, semi-sweet malt aroma with a touch of grain.
Taste: This brew emphasizes the malt aspect of brew very nicely. Light and crisp to begin with a rounded malt flavour -- going from dry to biscuit. Hop bitterness is minimal, but pulls thru with a slight spice flavour in the aftertaste.
Notes: An easy drinking ale and a great mainstream to micro cross over brew. A fine brew.
