Presentation: 12 oz brown bottle with the standard peel-off label; old sketching of a gathering of colonial people in a farmhouse drinking about piles of grain. Some info in regards to Massachusetts being the leader in hop production in the early 19th century, however I highly doubt that native Mass hops were used in this brew. "Domestic", is the term used.
Appearance: Cloudy straw with a thin sticky white head.
Smell: Clean hop and malt aroma.
Taste: An initial malt smoothness overthrown by a strong up-front hop bitterness, salting and stinging the tongue.
Notes: Wow! Hops are abound in this brew! Perhaps too much for the weary, but we loved it.
