Presentation: 12 oz. bottle with a kick-ass peal off plastic label, making the vessel very reusable for homebrewing. Old sketching of a gathering of colonial people in a farmhouse drinking about piles of grain. "A revolutionary new ale with an Old World flavor", it says.
Appearance: Dark copper with brown hues, slightly murky. No head.
Smell: Estery and fruity, sweet.
Taste: A strange syrupy sweetness, with a spec of bitterness, and no hop flavour.
Notes: Similar to a stock ale of the colonial days. One would assume this is what they were trying for.
