Keg halfpint at The Jubilee Oak, Crawley. 4.1%. Golden colour, white head. Nice Mosaic aroma, notes of tropical fruits. Light bodied. Distinct Mosaic in the médium dry flavour too, notes of tropical fruits and grapefruit, some pine.

L- Mid gold, veeery slightly hazy, pours with 5mm just off-white fine head (holds well, later forms lacing).
S- Notably citrus, majoring on grapefruit.
T- Bitter hopping, notably dry, citrus notes over on the grapefruit/lemon side of that group.
F- Pretty arid due to the hops, after swallowing one mouthful my tongue felt curiously dry.
O- I appreciate this is the contemporary palate for some people, but for me the hops are over-prominent. Oh and I don't desire a beer that dominant flavour is bitter citrus fruits.

6 month old bottle.
No aroma. Orange, low carbonation. Watery mouthfeel, slight oniony taste, bitter aftertaste. Not citrusy, not tropical. Guess I should try it fresh.

330ml bottle. Clear, copper colour with a thin, open-bubbled head. Wood & caramel aromas. Juicy, over-ripe, fruit flavours plus sweet malt & pine. Hint of a metallic aftertaste. Light body and low carbonation, slightly watery. An English style of pale ale with mosaic hops. Okay, good level of bitterness, best drunk cold.

Copper, slightly cloudy, no carbonation and topped with a finger of creamy off white head.
Fruity like cranberries or strawberries, hot like red peppers, slight grapefruit pith. A little caramel and marmalade, garlic and onion.
Berries, slight orange, light sweetness. It ends in solid but not overwhelming bitterness.
Thin body and a little carbonation.
Got this one off of Wishbeer, in Bangkok. Drinking in Chiang Mai August 28th 2015. My first by this brewery and its one that I could drink more of, just not overly outstanding in any way. Enjoying the mosaic hops for sure though, that's why I ordered it.

Amber color with a very thin head with short retention.
Delicious aroma with notes of mango, passion fruit, mild pine, fresh grapefruit, some papaya and lemon.
Citrusy flavor with notes of mango juice, pine, some papaya with lemon drops, guaraná, some spices, hop stew and nectarines. Dry aftertaste with rounded bitterness.
Rather light body with proper carbonation.
Pleasant APA with clean Mosaic hop character with lots of citrusy and fruity hop notes. Just could have more body, but turned out to be very sessionable.

A 330ml bottle with a BB of Aug 2015. Acquired a while back from the Adnams webshop. As the name suggests - a pale ale hopped with Mosiac.
A: Poured into a cervoise. A deep, clear amber hue with light carbonation. Yields a large head of creamy white foam that lasts for a minute or two before subsiding to a patchy surface layer. Nice lacing.
S: Aroma of fruity hops with hints of vague tropical fruit, mild citrus, a touch of pine, grass, caramel malt, ale yeast and faint stewed hops. Rather nice.
T: Tastes of fruity aroma hops and caramel malt with a subtle bitter finish. Notes of white grape, mild lime, citrus, vague tropical fruit, grass/hay, a twinge of pine, caramel malt, ale yeast and mild stewed hops. Slightly sweet, followed by a crisp, hoppy bitterness upon swallowing.
M: Mouthfeel is smooth, tingly and dry, with soft carbonation and a somewhat insubstantial body. Could do with being a tad thicker, as well as more carbonated. Slightly astringent, accompanied by an aftertaste of fruity aromatic hops, leafy bitterness, caramel malt and faint yeast.
O: Another tasty brew from Adnams. Looks alright, while the aroma and flavour are satisfyingly fruity and hop-laden. Caramel malt provides a decent backbone for the Mosaic to shine. Body is OK but a tad watery and undercarbonated. A very quaffable pale ale with a lovely hop character. Well worth sampling if you come across it.

Bottled and picked up for a few pence at budget supermarket B&Ms
Pours a nicely headed amber ale with some rye on the nose and detectable in the flavour
It's balanced if not hugely exiting

Half pint at Tennents in Glasgow. Light gold coloured beer with a white head. It has a cery sweet grapefruit nose that had me thinking of grapefruit candy. It is not as sweet as the nose suggested. Instead is rather doughy with a slightly buttery feel, and the citric flavour is more white grapefruit or tangering than the pink grapefruit in the nose. Could do with being slightly less watery, slightly fuller in flavour, but nevertheless I really enjoyed it.
