A - A red body like a fruit cordial or cherryade. A pathetic head which is completely off for the style and very lite CO2 again not on for the style.
S - Smells pretty much like a fruit beer with no real wheat malt presence or any evidence of hop at all. some floral elements and a bit sour.
T - Very much like a poor watered down wine. Red wine that is. Some fruit/veg like falvoue but it is not a pleasant drinking beer (IMO)
MF - This does not feel right for a wheat beer. It is too watery and lager like.
Overall - Mild and a let down on all points. I would also contest this beer is not on style on any element. Either that or it has been miss labelled by the site or the brewery. So summing up this beer (IMO) it is a bit of a damp squib and Marks and Spencer should sell of the remaining stock and not bother getting any more!

An infusion of Southwold wheat beer & Hibiscus flowers
It pours a flat looking reddish clear drink like a summer fruits cordial made up just right
The smell is very effervescent like a berry flavoured fizzy soluble vitamin
The taste is quite similar as well, slight metallic hints, rose wine flavours
not unlike a good raspberryade
The mouthfeel, hmmm it doesn't feel at all boozy
this is strange stuff not unpleasant by all means
but not very beer like
