330 ml can, from Coop, Aberdeen. ABV is 5.0%. Reddish brown colour, moderate off-white head. Aroma of fruity and piney American hops, hints of caramelized orange marmalade. Medium dry flavour, some lightly roasted malts, followed by piney and grapefruity hops.

L- Dark chesnut, clear, pours with 3mm ultra-fine off-white head, clearing to lacing.
S- Quite intriguing, deep and roasty-toasty.
T- Thinner than the colour suggested. That thin-ness continues, it has a dry and toasted slightly dry smokey edge to it.
F- Thin, feels less than the 5% ABV marked on the can. It's quite arid too, it could be refreshing on a hot day when you want to slake your thirst.
O- Comes over primarily as roasty but pretty thin, there is little reward in mouthfeel for it's 5% ABV. It makes me realise that I favour a bit more mouth-feel/richness than this offers.
Bought in a variety-pack from the Adnams shop at the Holkham Estate in Norfolk. 330ml/BBE: Sep-2019

Not a huge amount on the nose but a very well balanced IPA. US hops just right and nice sweet caramel malt, very dark rye colour and surprisingly bitter. Good low carbonation which adds to the balance. Overall one of the better uk meets us IPAs from the very good adnams brewery.

330ml can from the Hatfield Heath Co-Op.
Relatively rich and dark in appearance. Very clear. Medium head with low carbonation. Slightly fruity nose with malt and cereal, a little bit of citrus and general hoppiness. I find the smell hard to identify which might reflect the rye content. First taste has a touch of bitterness with a bit of a sharp tang followed by a more rounded, warming malt. There is some citrus in the taste but not as much as comparable ales. This develops more over the course of the drink adding a good tanginess. Not as dramatically hopped as some, but very pleasant indeed. The malt and hops complement one another and there is still that Adnams identity in the background.

Dark brown with an orange tinge. Topped with a half finger of beige head. Hard to see any carbonation.
Rye, light black pepper, caramel, toffee, creme brûlée.
Rye that's reminiscent of fresh rye bread, light sweet toffee notes, molasses, a hint of pith bitterness on the finish.
Medium body, light powdery carbonation.
Got this on Wishbeer. Drank in Chiang Mai Oct 28th, 2015. Very enjoyable brew.

This was a difficult one to categorise and might be the same as Adnams Rye IPA.
Auburn in colour with a light beige head.
Rich aroma of North American hops. Advertised as Columbus, Centennial, Cascade, Amarillo and Citra.
A big hit of piny bitterness overwhelms the malt that is present. The rye is also there along with some sour notes
Quite a smooth feel.
