Pours a glassy, golden yellow with a thin, brilliant white head. Leaves several thin rings of lacing.
Smells sharp and citrusy. Has a real snap to it.
Classic citrus and Belgian yeast flavours, done light and bright. The bitter orange and coriander is very nicely balanced.
Light body with moderate to high carbonation. Not gassy, more foamy. Very refreshing.
This is a seriously good summer beer. A low ABV, easy drinking, bright, Belgian-style witbier from Suffolk.

A 330ml bottle from M & S in Jersey. It pours a clear golden colour with a white head. Aromas of hops & fruits including grapefruit, lemon & pineapple. Tastes follows the aroma with additions of orange & citrus. The finish has a fruity hopped medium bitter finish.

A 330ml bottle with a BB of Dec 2016. Picked up recently from M&S as they appeared to be selling off the stock - perhaps never to return? The label describes it as a mash-up between an American IPA and a Belgian Wit. The ingredients include wheat, orange peel and coriander.
A: Poured into a tulip. A clear golden-orange hue with light carbonation. Yields a smallish head of white foam that subsides after a minute or so. Looks like a standard IPA; the cloudiness of a wit is lacking.
S: Aroma of citrus, a hint of sharp peel, subtle pine, grassy undertones, light grain and a faint whiff of spice. Hoppy and nicely balanced - good stuff.
T: Tastes of citrusy hops with notes of peel, pine, faint grass, mild caramel malt, a touch of grain and a hint of earthy coriander. Moderate bitterness on the finish. Satisfyingly hoppy without being overwhelming.
M: Mouthfeel is smooth and slightly tingly, with a refreshing astringency from the hop oils. Decent body. Aftertaste of citrus/pine hops, husky grain and a lingering bitterness.
O: Pretty good - certainly worth having as a regular drinking beer. Marked down slightly for subpar appearance, however the aroma and flavour are decidedly hoppy with hints of orange and spice in the background. The IPA character dominates the beer, but the wit character adds depth. Pleasant and well worth having again.

full on citrus ortange, lime, lemon & grapefruit

Light orange. White, frothy and long lasting head.
Aroma of citrus and tropical hops.
Fruity and mellow. Light brown bread detected. Earth and spice - similar to a wheat beer.
Soft and fulfilling.
I really liked this offering. A mid-Atlantic brew.
