L- Deep chestnut, clear, pours with 1mm head.
S- Smells of fruit, stone-fruit, and that's all I get.
T- Notably dry, crisp, with a dose of perfume
F- Dry, leaves my palate feeling arid.
O- Seems to fit into the hipster end of the spectrum; the hops are high and out of balance to me, and I don't want a beer that has aspects of 'exotic fruits'.
Bought from the Adnams shop on the Holkham Estate in Norfolk as part of a 6*330ml selection pack. BB: 05/2020.
