Collaboration with Verdant Brewing Co.
A complex aroma with lots of cedar and pine upfront. This develops into pineapple, bready notes and crunchy rye spice. Revisiting whips up a touch of red apple and blueberry. On the palate, it’s full-bodied with orange pith zest and the upfront sweetness draws out to a lingering bitterness.

Copenhagen 7/7 2024. 44 cl can from Meny, Nordens Plads, Frb. F. Beautiful red can with a cut up landscape un green and brown.
Pours unclear mahogany with clumps of yeast whirling about. Big off-white head. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is sweet malts with a touch of Stone fruits. Citric notes. Sweet biscuits and caramel. Dark bread. Peach. Sweet orange. Tart grapefruit.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a light sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is smooth and dry.
Pleasant, smooth and easy to drink.
