Clean, crisp, light & fruity. Good hit of hop flavour , with a dry, fairly bitter finish. Hopped with Cashmere, Amarillo and Simcoe.

Copenhagen 28/12 2023. 44 cl can from Meny. Borups Allé, Frb. F. Seaside view with an orange sunset and a little boat.
Pours clear yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as thin, patchy layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a sweet odor of ripe peach mingling with a bit of citrus fruit and salt. Flora notes. Lemon and lime.
Light carbonation. Thin, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is moderately intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter without going to extremes. Finish is fairly dry although a bit thin.
Refreshing - but a bit thin.
