This 3.4% Tropical Pale Ale is the result of Adnam’s head brewer, Dan Gooderham and Siren’s head brewer, Sean Knight developing a cask ale using new US Hop varieties which have delivered a beer that is somewhere between a New England and West Coast IPA is style full of tropical fruit flavours.

Copenhagen 25/11 2023. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Shoreline with a Lighthouse in very strange colors on the can.
Pours slightly unclear pale yellow with a big fluffy, white head. Settles as thin layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with citrus, grains and grass. Sweet pale malts, bread and sweet peach. Lemon and citrus. Freshly mosen grass. Light and a bit acerbic.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a bit. Finish is rather dry.
Nice and well-balanced. Reminds me more of a Bitter than a Pale Ale.
