Bottle. Dark amber with a light tan scum like head.
Smells of dark dried hedgerow fruits, light spice and hints of chocolate malt with caramel.
A treacle like flavour. Sweet with some balance provided by bittering hops.
Low carbonation. Soft and mellow.
A nice fireside Christmas ale.
