Unfortunately this this seems to be about the best the gold coast has to offer. The usual basic Aussie brews available and their 5 beers on tap.
GCBP has a real backpackers feel to it and they offer a lot of discounts for them. The fermenters look cool up on the mezzanine level, but apart from that it could be any bar.
The staff were friendly enough and when the brewer realised how much we loved beer he took us for a look at their set-up.
We had one of their platters which was quite good, mostly it is Aussie pub grub.
If you are in the area, check it out, but if you miss it , don't worry.
