Big foam in the wine glass, clear amber color. Quite spritzy on the tongue as well. So rich and spicy. Sweet yet tangy and clouds of aromatics. The clove flavor is distinct on the tongue and then begins a new life when you exhale more clove through your nose. Quite an eye opener.
Lemony and a little sharp in the finish. Huge wheat beer flavor with the endless esters. This would pretty close to the ideal Weizenbock, but it's rather acidic. From the 22 oz bottle purchased at Crosstown Liquor Store in Vancouver.

A: Amber, slightly opaque, 1 and a half fingers of white head, dissipates quickly
S: Wheat, bready, malty, yeasty, slight spicyness, subtle coriander
T: Wheat, slightly toasted white bread, some spicyness and yeasty
M: Medium-light body, well carbonated, sweet malt finish
O: Solid beer. Nice wheat flavors, well rounded with a subtle spicyness, I was expecting a much heavier beer based on the label, but still delivered on the flavor side. Not too sweet either.
